Common Fund Data Ecosystem (CFDE) will host a two-day, in-person program meeting in Bethesda, MD on October 22nd and 23rd. This will be an opportunity for DCC PIs, Program Managers, and Technical leads to come together to share updates and accomplishments as well as discuss strategic issues for the coming year. Through the leadership of the ICC and in collaboration with the Program Committee, attendees will hear progress and future plans from both current and new CFDE partnerships. There will also be breakout sessions for the Working Groups, as well as discussions around Upcoming Data and Sustainability. This meeting is intended for DCC leadership. Typically this includes PIs, Program Managers, and/or Technical Leads. This is a smaller meeting for key/lead members of CFDE.

Are there other hotels nearby?

We encourage all attendees to stay at The Bethesdan through the Block rate. However, if you prefer, there are a couple of other options nearby. The Hyatt Regency Bethesda and the Marriott Bethesda Downtown may also be suitable options.

Will meals be provided?

Both Breakfast and Lunch will be provided on October 22nd and 23rd at The Bethesdan Hotel.

Will there be a virtual option?

This meeting is designed to be an in-person event and we highly encourage everyone to attend on site. However, a listening only virtual option will be provided for those interested.
